MICHAEL GURIAN, a consultant and keynoter since the mid-1980s, is the New York Times bestselling author of twenty books, including eight national bestsellers, published in 21 foreign languages. His work has been featured in Time, Newsweek, People Magazine, Business Week, the Wall Street Journal, USA Today, the New York Times, the Washington Post, the London Times and other major print media, as well as on The Today Show, Good Morning America, PBS, NPR, Bloomberg, MSNBC, and CNN.

The Gurian Institute, which he co-founded, conducts research in gender diversity, provides consulting, and launches pilot programs. Before becoming a consultant, Michael taught in the School of Education at Gonzaga University, offering that university's first gender biology course. A pioneer in the field of gender science, Michael has provided training at numerous corporations, including Cisco Systems, Boeing, Brooks Sports, Kirkland & Ellis, as well as numerous government agencies in the U.S. and abroad. He has provided keynotes at Harvard University, Johns Hopkins, Stanford University, Macalester College, University of Colorado, University of Missouri, UCLA and many others.

Gurian's presentations are known for their powerful knowledge, personal candor, and rich sense of humor.

Kathy Stevens is Director of Training for the Gurian Institute and co-author of five books, including LEADING PARTNERS: HOW MEN AND WOMEN LEAD DIFFERENTLY, AND HOW WE CAN WORK TOGETHER. Kathy has provided keynotes and training for twenty years, working with businesses and communities to help both women and men achieve success.

Kathy has worked with private and public organizations such as the National Association of Insurance and Financial Executives, Women In Financial Services, Girl Scouts, US Navy Ombudsman Program, Disproportionate Minority Confinement Task Force and United Way.

Kathy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia and a Masters In Public Administration from the University of Colorado.

Pam Gomez Gil worked in the technology sector for twenty-five years. She was a Director at Digital Equipment, Compaq and Hewlett Packard. She is a certified master trainer in the Gurian Institute's corporate training programs. Pam has a B.A. from Oberlin College and an MBA from University of Phoenix. Pam is fluent in Spanish.
